I'll do what I can

Howdy and welcome.

Note:  I slapped this together in a hurry.  It is incomplete.  I will be working on it over the next few weeks as time permits.  (31 Dec 2006).

I was looking for something productive to help fill my time in retirement and turned my interest in computers and the internet into a part time business.  I don't have to make a killing, just enough buck by buck to afford a couple cruises and/or a Caribbean resort per year.  Weekends I spend either with my grandaughters or riding my KLR 650 in the toolies with some buddies.

In order to keep the cost low for the customer and allow more time for my own activities I will build a simple website for you with your help, maintain it for awhile and show you how to manage it.  With time you can take care of it yourself with very little outside help. I can also come up with buttons and a logo based on your design.

Consultation can be done through email, telephone or instant messenger.

Oh, the name.  I always thought that Big Johns Little Johns would be a great name for a port-a-potty business.  That market is full here so I just applied the name to the various things I will do to earn some dough.  Istead of "Enterprises" I just used "Little Johns". Also, "I'll do what I can" sounds better than "anything for a buck".  Wudaya gonna do.

I will show you some of my work & tell you a little about it to help you decide what you may want and how you want it.  Generally, I have been using FrontPage to put the sites together.  It turns out that anyone who can use a word processor like MS Word can easily adapt to this program.  Lately I have been getting into Dreamweaver.  It takes more work to get it going but is a lot more flexible.  This site is being constructed with Dreamweaver.
